What is it?
A simple Windows Program for "zipping" together the <spectrum> elements of mzData files (more info on the file format here).
How can I get it?
the setup .exe file and run to install it.Details
All the headers (i.e. <cvLookup> and <description> ) are merged where possible. (All elements that can exists as a list - i.e. have a maxOccurs of more that 1 are merged with elements that are identical not repeated. Other elements are combined in an "ad hoc" manner).The mzData format is soon to be superceeded by another XML format mzML
